In 2020, understanding your market is more important…and more challenging than ever. Consumer behaviour and demand is changing at a rapid pace and it can be difficult to know where to start.

Join Gartner Chief of Research Chris Howard, who will discuss how startups can put Gartner trends and insights to use in their market research and planning. U of T startups will share their business and market research uncertainties, followed by a Q & A. UTL entrepreneurship librarian Carey Toane will provide an introduction to U of T’s Gartner subscription and features.
