Purchase Policy
Non-Refundable Hours
All purchases are non-refundable because we pay our team—both students and professionals—for each hour spent on your project.
Subsidized Rates, No Government Grants
Our hourly rates are competitively low due to support from the University of Toronto. No government grants are involved, and these hours cannot be combined with other grants or discount programs.
Longer Timelines
While our quality remains exceptional, we rely on part-time student talent, which can extend delivery timelines by roughly 1.5 to 2 times compared to standard agencies.
No Fixed Hour Guarantees
We do our best to provide a rough estimate of the hours a project may require, but we cannot guarantee a fixed total. Complex factors—such as last-minute changes, additions, edits to scope, and extra iterations—can all affect final costs. No agency can fully guarantee that a project will remain within a fixed budget without sacrificing quality or flexibility.
