Pivoting to a radically new business model during times of change and uncertainty can be a daunting task. As entrepreneurs managing start-ups we need to react relatively quickly while remaining strategic and pragmatic with our approach. During this interactive workshop we will explore some of the common challenges most entrepreneurs face when needing to consider alternative ways of doing business and discuss how to tackle them effectively!

• How to pivot effectively – so you decided to change your focus, now what?
• Recognize how pivoting can help you move forward
• Tips to stay focused on your life and business goals through major changes
