Get up to $3k towards IP services with ICUBE and Bereskin & Parr

Bereskin & Parr and ICUBE offer ICUBE program participants the chance to win a micro grant for up to $3,000. The award is to be used towards IP related legal services such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, licencing, etc. with Bereskin & Parr.

Requirements for getting this award

The maximum amount of the grant is $3,000 and there is a matching component. The grant cannot exceed 50% of the costs of the legal work performed by Bereskin & Parr. For example: you need help conducting trademark searches to ensure the availability of a specific trademark, and support filing the trademark registration for a total of $1,200 – The grant amount in this case will be $600 (50%) and the rest is your matching contribution.

In order to be eligible for this grant you must be a member of one of ICUBE’s programs: Ideation Lab, Venture Forward or the Indigenous Entrepreneurship Program.

Applications are open as long as funds are available.
