HacktheNU

October 5

This event has passed.

NUVO Network is hosting their first hackathon, Hack The NU, in partnership with the United Way of Halton and Hamilton (UWHH), whose mission is to improve lives, build community and ignite action in our local communities.

About Hack The NU

Our goal is to foster creativity, innovation and solutions-based thinking while helping to build the next generation of volunteers and philanthropists. We will provide participants with a fun and productive learning environment so they can revel in their abilities and tackle real-world problems.

There will be personal/professional development workshops, opportunities to meet new people, interact with sponsors, build on your skills, and join in on fun activities throughout the weekend. Hack the NU is much more than a hackathon—it’s a place for you to learn from and connect with industry leaders, innovators, and your peers, all while learning more about charities and local services and the vital roles they play in the betterment of our communities.
