About this Event

Dive deeper into the relationships you are building with clients and clarify how you communicate with them through this customer-centric workshop. Together we will clarify who your ideal customer is, and map out their customer journey. Learn the phases of the customer relationship, explore the different customer channels, and start putting tools in places to create a marketing strategy for reaching clients and building your revenue.

This session will be led by Kasey Dunn, program coordinator for ICUBE UTM

A student-led creative studio with intends to serve the prototyping and design needs of our ventures and small businesses in our community.

This 2-day retreat is designed to help you reflect on your journey, what drives you, all the hats you wear and what is next for you and your social enterprise.
