Jane comes from a teaching background and taught accounting for over 10 years. She set up a small accounting practice in 2013 and made the decision from the beginning to run that as a 100% Xero practice. In 2017 Jane joined Xero as an Education Specialist. Her role at Xero is now focussed in the education sector, supporting colleges, universities, learning providers and awarding bodies to get the best out of Xero.
Ritu Kohli-Sethi is the Managing Partner at Greater Toronto Executive Centre (GTEC), a provider of fully furnished offices, meeting rooms, including a training space, and virtual office services. Ritu has extensive experience in running operations with a demonstrated history of working in the executive office industry. Skilled in operations management, process development, customer relationship management (CRM), and management.
Ritu holds an MBA from Ivey School of Business and has completed several certifications in various areas, such as property management and risk management
Ritu is a firm believer in continuing education for both professional and personal development. Ritu holds most sacred her personal priorities which include a loving family, her Board level involvement with 100 Women Who Care Mississauga, along with other community well-being initiatives.

Lilith is the Founder of Fund the North. Starting at a young age, she launched her first business in the campus food catering space during high school and has accumulated business marketing, consulting and operating experience from various roles at Beats by Dre and Boston Consulting Group. Lilith is an avid self-starter and has been helping tech entrepreneurs in developing commercialization strategies. Lilith is currently completing her study at the University of Toronto.
