The program is a competition that offers a total of $5\,000 in cash prizes to recognize\, reward\, and accelerate the growth of 2SLGBTQ+ (Two-Spirit\, Lesbian\, Gay\, Bisexual\, Transgender\, Queer/Questioning\, and others) entrepreneurs associated with the University of Toronto. \nIndividuals or teams who are interested in participating in the competition will have the opportunity to showcase their ideas through a five-minute pitch to a panel of judges. The judges will evaluate the ideas and determine the winners based on various criteria\, including originality\, feasibility\, impact\, and potential for success. \nThe goal of the PRIDE Pitch program is to provide support and resources for 2SLGBTQ+ entrepreneurs\, and to help them succeed in their ventures. A graduate of Rotman’s MBA program he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the Paris School of Business. He is a trained Design Thinking facilitator who also holds a certificate in Learning Experience Design. In addition to his work at Rotman\, Andrew provides private consulting for organizational innovation projects.  Previously\, he worked over a decade at a large multinational corporation\, building extensive experience in Corporate Strategy\, Planning\, Financial Management and Partner Relations Management. In addition\, he was actively involved in theatre\, having founded and led a successful theatre company.
