ICUBE is looking for an excited Digital Information Lead – someone who can manage loads of information, keep it organized, as well as work on our digital policies and help the UI/UX/ across our digital properties and training materials. You will also collaborate with team members to design, build, and implement various branding initiatives, cross-discipline projects, and engagement campaigns. This job includes evaluating various metrics used by other incubators in order to support programming and decision making across ICUBE. On top of all that, you will earn awesome experience in the entrepreneurship world.
Your role includes:
-Collect, analyze, and report on metrics used by various innovative bodies to measure performances and successes.
-Perform market research for ICUBE and diversified programs; implement research and new processes where appropriate.
-Manage data and information, utilizing ICUBE’s project management software; research and introduce new, user-friendly software when appropriate (currently introducing a new customer relationship management system and online training system).
– Increase UX across ICUBE’s digital properties.
-Calendar and coordinate all internal and external meetings, including coordinating with the Institute for Management and Innovation.
-Support the data components of ICUBE programs and initiatives as required; create new policy and processes when necessary.

-Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
-Highly detailed and process-oriented thinking; incredibly organized, with effective time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and multitask, as well as work collaboratively with other students on a variety of projects.
– Are interested in growing in the fields of digital policy and user experience / design.
-Understanding of key industry issues and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
-Relevant experience in operations, management, communications, or a related area.
-Specialist/major in Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
